These plaques are hand made of cedar, stained in a natural
hue, then the edges are hand burned for effect. They are
about 6"x12"x5/8" thick. Once the staining and burning are
complete, they are coated with a clear coat of resin, equal to
about 60 coats of polyurethane, exactly like you see tables
and bars covered in fine dining establishments. Then, on top
of that, they have 2 coats of polyurethane for added durability.
All you need to do, is simply remove the clear film and photo
that it comes with, and replace it with your own 4"x6" photo.
Each one has a sawtooth hanger on the back, but, they also
look great on a stand.

These are stock items and ready to ship most of the time, and
shipping is free in the continental US! I wish to keep it simple.
Be sure to select the one that is the right one for your photo.
Some photos are taken vertically and some horizontally. I try
to make each available for either type photo, but, it is
important to order the right one.

Special, custom made orders are available too. These take
some time, so, they are not ready to ship. You would send me
your photos by email or US mail, and tell me the words you
would like burned into the wood, then, the photos and wording
would be decoupaged and burned into the wood prior to the
resin and polyurethane being applied. Since this is done by
hand and it takes 3-4 days for the resin to dry, then a day for
each coat of poly, I advise that special orders may take me
3-4 weeks to make. I have included some examples of
custom made ones in each category. Just remember, they
have to be ordered well in advance.

These plaques make great gift ideas. What Mom or Dad
would not love a family photo preserved for generations to
come. What hunter, golfer, ballplayer, fisherman, graduate,
etc., would not love one of these?
